Intellectual Property Awareness & Education
Through PR, marketing and educational programs, USIPA will bring awareness to what IP is, why it is important, and how everyone can play a role with it for the betterment of American lives. Together with educators, USIPA will build the world’s most knowledgeable IP workforce by integrating IP training and skills development into K-12, university and other education curricula across the nation.

In 2021, the US Intellectual Property Alliance (USIPA) started with a clear purpose: to create a stronger and more inclusive intellectual property system that benefits everyone in the United States. Our goal is to make IP a powerful tool for innovation, economic growth, and improving lives.
At USIPA, we believe that “Intellectual Property Incents Innovation.” By working closely with national and local IP organizations, we have introduced programs that raise awareness, improve education, and celebrate diversity. These efforts are helping to build a more effective IP ecosystem that drives progress and creates opportunities for all.
We are proud of what we have achieved so far, but there is much more to do. I invite you to explore the highlights of our work.
