Intellectual Property is the key to the knowledge economy™ and the future of our country. In fact, IP is one of a handful of tenets embedded in the US Constitution. However, there are many challenges in creating and maintaining a balanced IP system that optimally incents innovation. The US Intellectual Property Alliance (USIPA) non-profit has a mission to help the United States become a much better IP ecosystem for the benefit of all citizens.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INCENTS INNOVATION™
The USIPA believes that clear, consistent IP rights leads to investment in Innovation and the USIPA's goal is to make that a reality. USIPA has launched innovative programs based on 20 years of success in Georgia and through the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance.® We are building on their collective accomplishments to increase IP awareness, education, collaboration, access and engagement. The USIPA is taking these programs nationwide, and we are bringing national and local IP organizations together to maximize the best of all of them.
