Our Pillars
-
IP Awareness & Education
At USIPA, we believe in the transformative power of Intellectual Property (IP) to shape ideas into meaningful realities that improve lives. One of our goals is to build a deeper understanding of IP—what it is, why it matters, and how it drives progress. We aim to inspire innovation, creativity, and practical problem-solving across generations.

-
IP Ecosystem Collaboration
USIPA unites, on a worldwide basis, regional, national, and local stakeholders (creators, enablers, and protectors, among others), bringing together diverse perspectives and fostering a dynamic, efficient, effective, and collaborative Intellectual Property (IP) ecosystem that supports economic growth and promotes social well-being.

-
IP Access & Engagement
USIPA works to bring Intellectual Property (IP) to the hands of all. We believe in the power of IP as a tool to ensure all people and ideas in the US have an opportunity for success.
