LES World IP Day Celebration

World Intellectual Property Day is April 26, and LES has been at the forefront in promoting this event in the U.S. World Intellectual Property Day to learn about the role that intellectual property (IP) rights play in encouraging innovation and creativity. This year's theme focuses on small business.

This event will include remarks from:

• Former Commissioners and Directors at the USPTO (Andrew Hirschfeld, Current Patent Commissioner and Former Directors Bruce Lehman, David Kappos, and Andrei Iancu),

• A discussion with the Federal Circuit (the Honorable Kathleen O’Malley and former Chief Judge, the Honorable Paul Redmond Michel)

• Remarks from Gillian Fenton, current LES USA-Canada President, and Dana Robert Colarulli, current LESI Executive Director.
