Copyright Office Modernization Webinar: Scaled Agile Framework and the ECS

As part of its modernization efforts, the Copyright Office is working with its collaborative partners in the Library of Congress’ Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) to implement a framework for applying agile methodology - which advocates early delivery, continual improvement, and flexible responses to change - at an organization-wide level to holistically manage Enterprise Copyright System (ECS) development.

The Office is using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)® methodology to provide a mechanism to prioritize, and it will facilitate this large scale application development effort that requires the cooperation of multiple development teams.

During the webinar, panelists will discuss the benefits of this framework in support of ECS development.
